Piemonte Agency's fundraising unit has a wide expertise in designing and implementing (whole project cycle) projects financed by national and international donors (European Commission, International Bodies, National Bodies, Ministries, etc.). The Agency is an official member of ANIMA Network, of CDE network and is included in the European Commission List of Mandated Bodies for Twinning Projects. In addition, Piemonte Agency's training department is accredited by Piemonte Region as a training agency and is certified under ISO 9001:2000.

- Scouting of financial opportunities: weekly monitoring of Calls for Proposals and Calls for Tenders issued by international and national donors

- Analysis: Examination of ToRs, stakeholder analysis, target groups analysis, needs’ assessment, capacity assessment, problems and objectives analysis, risk assessment, risk management plan

- Project design: preparation of EoI, Technical and Financial Offers
