Annual Turnover (m €): < 5m €
Legal Requirements:
- Exclusive or prevalent corporate purpose: development, production, and marketing of high-tech value products/services.
- Not listed on regulated markets or multilateral trading platforms.
- Resident in Italy or another EEA country, with a production site or branch in Italy.
- Not established via merger, demerger, or transfer of company/business unit.
At least one of these three criteria:
- R&D expenses ≥ 15% of the higher of total costs or production value.
- ≥ 1/3 of workforce with PhD or Master’s degree (employees or collaborators).
- Holder, applicant, or licensee of at least one industrial/biotech patent.
