Automobili Pininfarina continues to invest in Piemonte.

Automobili Pininfarina is a 100% Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd investment and aims to design automotive luxury experiences. Automobili Pininfarina’s home of choice is already in Piemonte, Italian region where its design, engineering and manufacturing hub is in Cambiano (Torino). With over 100 employees spanning 20 nationalities, it boasts a team of experienced automotive executives from luxury and premium car brands. Designed, engineered and produced by hand in Italy, the Battista hyper GT and all future models are sold in the major global markets.

The project in Piemonte

The Automobili Pininfarina B95 program - codenamed “PF0H - Barchetta - Ricerca e Sviluppo HypercBEV Spider” - was launched in 2023 to design, develop and produce an electric hypercar with a unique coach-built body and crafted for collectors worldwide. As the world’s first electric hyper Barchetta, it will establish an entirely new market segment. Employing a pioneering “0-prototype” approach, it relies on virtual performance for approvals, reducing the need for physical validation and significantly cutting costs and time of the entire development program. Aligned with the success of the current Battista production model, B95 positions Automobili Pininfarina for exponential growth and solidifies its presence in Torino.
